You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any other person. pak67 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. pak67 is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its Players as a condition of its international gaming license. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested by pak67 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of ownership of payment methods used. pak67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where pak67 reasonably suspects or determines that:

All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak67 does not accept deposits in any other currency.
All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pak67 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method and close the Account where third-party funding is detected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Account deposit interface and may be revised from time to time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the Account (the "return-to-source" rule) or to a verified bank account in the Player's name following KYC completion. pak67 will process withdrawal requests promptly subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) absence of any pending investigations relating to the Account; (c) compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. pak67 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. To avoid inactivity fees, log in to your pak67 Account at least once every twelve months.
Note on Segregated Funds: Player funds are held in accounts segregated from pak67's operational funds, in accordance with international gaming license requirements. This means your Real Money Balance is protected and not used for pak67's business operations.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pak67 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from the Bonus Balance become eligible for withdrawal. All bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom that remain in a Bonus Balance beyond the expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms will be forfeited automatically. It is the Player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates. pak67 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry unless required to do so by its licensing conditions.
All bets placed on pak67 — whether on cricket, other sports, live casino table games, slots, Super Keno, or Jackpot Bingo — are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of each wager before confirmation. pak67 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under game-specific rules.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface. pak67 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Accounts without prior notice where it determines such limits are necessary for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.
pak67 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: (a) the bet was placed on an event affected by a palpable pricing error or technical malfunction; (b) the outcome of the event was known to the Player at the time of placement; (c) the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity; (d) relevant regulatory or licensing requirements mandate that the bet be voided. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
Cricket betting markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international Test matches, One Day Internationals, and T20 fixtures — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sporting body. In the event of match abandonment, reduced-overs results, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, pak67 will apply the settlement rules published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform. In the event of a game or platform malfunction — including server disconnections, software errors, or interrupted live feeds — pak67 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Bets settled prior to the detection of a malfunction may be reviewed and reversed. pak67 will not honour winnings that result solely from a technical error rather than from genuine game outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak67 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Gambling involves financial risk. pak67 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Players on the Platform. By registering and participating, you acknowledge that losses are an inherent and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity and that pak67 bears no responsibility for any such losses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak67's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The decision of the ADR body shall be binding on both parties to the extent required by the applicable licensing framework.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
